A party spokesman for the Samagi Jana Balawegya (SJB) told Lankasara that the party’s national list has not been finalized yet and that the media reports published on websites are therefore untrue.
The party has secured seven national list seats in the general election and the final decision on the members to be elected is currently under discussion and will be officially announced this evening, the spokesman said.

However, party sources say that the names of seven persons including General Secretary Ranjith Madduma Bandara, National Organizer Tissa Attanayake, former Minister Imtiaz Bakeer Marker and Eran Wickramaratne Harin Fernando have been proposed.
