State Minister Arundika Fernando has resigned from his ministerial portfolio after his son was arrested over the clash at the Ragama Medical Faculty.
Fernando said yesterday he would resign if it was proved he was involved in the clash.

The Minister said he would resign until investigations into the incident were completed.
