The Disaster Management Centre (DMC) announced that the death toll from the severe weather affecting the country has risen to 481, based on figures compiled up to 6.00 p.m. today (04).
According to the latest update, another 345 people are still unaccounted for, with search, rescue, and humanitarian assistance operations ongoing in several hard-hit districts.
