MP Naleen Bandara Jayamaha urged Parliament today (10) to initiate a special investigation into the statement made by Pramodya Wickramasinghe, the head of the Sri Lanka Cricket Team’s selection committee, at the airport who had suggested that Sri Lanka’s recent defeat was the result of a conspiracy by an external group.
Expressing concern over the gravity of the situation, MP Naleen Bandara Jayamaha called for the investigation to include the head of the selection committee and all management officials involved in the tournament.
