Four out of the six Sri Lankan police officers who were representing Sri Lanka at a session organized by the International Police in the United Kingdom have gone missing, creating concern and leading to a special investigation.

The Sri Lankan team, comprising six police officers, were expected to return on the 4th. However, only two officers have returned to Sri Lanka.
The two police sergeants and two constables, who have been deemed to be missing, the police have suspended their duties and initiated a special investigation into their disappearance.
