The leadership of Samagi Jana Balawegaya has decided to conduct a disciplinary inquiry against Samagi Jana Balavega MP Dr. Rajitha Senaratne party sources said.
The decision was taken following the complaints received against Dr. Rajitha Senaratne who ws alleged that while remaining in Samagi Jana Balawega and trying to get a ministerial position in the government. A group of MPs of SJB have requested the leader to take disciplinary action on the grounds of these allegations.
Above group of MPs has informed Sajith Premada that Rajitha Senaratne has been behaving in a way that hinders the progress of the party for a long time and has tried hard to unite its activists with the government sources further said.
Accordingly, the spokesperson also mentioned that in the future, a disciplinary inquiry will be conducted against Rajitha Senaratne and if he is found guilty, he will be expelled from the party.
