Thirteen police officers of the Hingurakgoda Police have been quarantined according to public health authorities. They are currently being held in a house in the vicinity of the Police station.
The group in quarantine includes ten male police officers and three female police officers. According to sources they have been put under quarantine after it was revealed that a counselor employed at the Kandanakdu center had visited the Police station recently to lodge a complaint.
