Singapore Donates 50 Ventilators To Sri Lanka

The TEAMSEK Foundation in Singapore yesterday (05) donated 50 non-invasive ventilators worth Rs. 80 million to the Ministry of Health with the aim of further strengthening Covid treatment services in the country.

The donated ventilators are manufactured by M / S ResMed, Australia.

The donation was presented to Pavithra Wanniarachchi, Minister of Health at the Ministry of Health by Meditechnology Holdings (Pvt) Ltd.

Receiving the donation, the Minister of Health thanked the foundation on behalf of the Government of Sri Lanka for providing ventilators to provide artificial respiration to patients suffering from Covid virus and respiratory distress.
