Seventy Naval personnel attached to the Welisara Navy camp has successfully completed their quarantine and released from the Kilinochchi Iranamadu Quarantine Center yesterday (06). The personnel were transported back to their camp after being released.
The group were quarantine at the Iranamadu Quarantine Center run by the Airofre and had remained in the facility for 21 days.
Commanding Officer of the Iranamadu Air Force Camp Group Captain Rohan Pathirana and a number of other officers were present when the group of personnel were released.
