An individual who had visited the Colombo International book fair on September 23 has tested positive for COVID-19.
According to the National Operations Centre for the Prevention of COVID-19 the individual is also said to have travelled to the Colombo Bus Depot in Fort on the same day. The patient had also travelled to Nuwara- Eliya on September 30.

He has been identified as a 36-year-old resident of Chillaw.
